Grip Socks
Grip socks are required on the Mega for safety and sanitary reasons, barefoot is NOT permitted.
Socks are available for purchase at our SOCK SHOP or you may bring your own.
Late Arrivals
A 5 minute window after class time is permitted for arrivals. After that 5 minutes your class may be given to a standby client. We understand unexpected life events occur however this is enforced to provide an uninterrupted experience for every member who is present and focused.
New clients must show up 15 minutes prior to class time to be given proper instruction from our coaches and to ensure class begins promptly. For your safety, clients will not be permitted on machines without prior instruction on Megaformer use.
Cancellation Policy
You are given a 6 hour window to change your mind prior to class time. The class will be reimbursed back to your account if you cancel more than 6 hours before the beginning of the session. Late cancellations, class pack bookings will lose class credit , no shows will lose class credit and incur a $15 penalty. Recurring memberships (including unlimited members) will be charged a $25.00 late cancellation fee. No Show members will incur a $35 penalty. Due to the limited availability of spots. This policy will be strictly enforced to allow all members an opportunity to Shake.

Waitlist
Please add your name to our waitlist if class is full. It is your responsibility to keep an eye on emails, alerts and push notifications when a space becomes available. When notified of an opening you must then add your name to the roster. Waitlisted members are not automatically added. Spots are limited, therefore book in advance to guarantee your Mega!
Please note, that the 6-hour cancellation policy still holds true. You must cancel at least 6 hours before the start of the session if you no longer desire a spot in the class.
Parking
We are located on the second floor of the Munsey Park Center. There is ample parking in the rear lot, you may also find street parking on Manhasset Woods Rd.
