Words From Our Founder…
My passion for the Lagree Method began over 10 years ago. Shortly after, I pursued an official Lagree certification to be able to instruct. Coaching others on the megaformer has been an amazing experience. It keeps me striving to provide the best 50 minutes curated around an effective sequence, clear instruction, high energy, and a kick ass playlist!
The most rewarding part of this process are the people I have met along the way. Every individual brings their own potential and journey onto the Mega. Witnessing the transformation of the body, calmness of the mind, and watching people fall in love with the method has been quite humbling. Lastly, I love being part of a community that empowers each other. All of which has truly inspired me to create this space called TEMPO.
MEET THE TEAM
Natasha
Natasha has been a Lagree addict for over 10 years. All it took was one class and like most she was instantly hooked, of course after she was able to move again!
Ever since, Lagree has been a part of her weekly routine. After having two children, it has helped to strengthen and tone her core faster than any fitness modality out there.
You'll often hear her saying in class “ it never gets easier, you just get stronger”.
In addition to her Lagree Level One and Two certification Natasha is also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and is a certified Pre/Post Natal Group Fitness instructor . Catch Natasha on the mic and enjoy her contagious energy and killer class!
Nina
Nina began her love for Lagree last year and now is committed to continue her journey here at Tempo. You will find her assisting clients at Tempo while she completes her training, certification and development program.
Nina’s favorite Lagree move is Twister because she loves the way it targets her obliques! Be sure to say Hi when you see her and be rewarded with her welcoming smile in return!
