  • No, absolutely Not! Lagree effectively combines strength, cardio, and resistance training using a Megaformer. It is high intensity which means your heart rate will elevate, you will burn more calories, and will create a strong and sculpted body. In contrast, Pilates is lower intensity, burns fewer calories and is performed on a reformer.

  • Please wear comfortable active wear that you can bend and sweat in. If you are a sweater please bring your own towel. Grip socks are required for your workout to ensure safety . We have a fun selection available for purchase at the studio or you may bring your own . Make sure to hydrate before, during and after class. Water along with a selection of energy drinks are also available for purchase.

  • We have 10 Megaformers which means 10 lucky Shakers are welcome.

  • Congratulations mommy to be! If you are familiar with the method and regularly took class prior to pregnancy then yes you may take class as per your doctors approval. If you are New to Lagree, we do not advise you joining a group class which is highly focused on core and long ‘time under tension’ intervals. Instead private sessions (one on one) are available to ensure you're given the attention and support needed. All postpartum and post injury/surgery individuals require clearance from a medical provider to participate. Please inform your instructor prior to class if pregnant, postpartum, or recovering from surgery to allow us to provide effective modifications when needed.

  • This is a personal choice. It is recommended to take anywhere from 2-4 days a week for optimal results. Consistency is a key factor in all your fitness modalities. Show up and Make it Happen and see the Results!

  • Members are considered individuals who are enrolled in monthly access to classes. This is automatically renewed each month. This can be a 4X, 8X, or unlimited monthly enrollment. Unused classes do not roll over and are non transferable. Members receive extra perks, monthly free buddy pass, and 10% off apparel!

  • There is a 3 month initial commitment. After the 3 months, if you choose to cancel, you can cancel at any time 14 days before your next billing cycle. Please notify us of your cancellation 14 days prior to the next billing cycle via email, so we may update the system.

  • All of our classes are multi-level. Our instructors are trained to coach and provide needed guidance for newbies.

  • Anyone over 18 is welcome. Minors between 16-18 y/o may only participate with a parent or legal guardian present.
