      <image:caption>Natasha has been a Lagree addict for over 10 years. All it took was one class and like most she was instantly hooked, of course after she was able to move again! While coaching others on the Mega since 2018, Lagree has been a part of her weekly routine.  After having two children, it has helped to strengthen and tone her core faster than any fitness modality out there. You'll often hear her saying in class “ it never gets easier,  you just get stronger”. In addition to her Lagree Level One and Two certification Natasha is also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and is a certified Pre/Post Natal Group Fitness instructor . Catch Natasha on the mic and enjoy her contagious energy and killer class!</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Jen has been a Lagree lover for many years.  She quickly became addicted to the method for its slow, controlled movements and ability to train every muscle in the body in such a unique way.   Every class is different from the last and it’s always challenging so you never plateau.  If she’s not on the floor with her mic and stopwatch, you’ll catch her on the mega several times a week as a dedicated client.  In addition to being Lagree One &amp; Two Certified, she is also a certified Pre/Post Natal Fitness Instructor.  Check her out for some fun, shakes and good music.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Madelyn is a Level 1 Lagree Certified Instructor with a love for all things movement. What started as a way to stay sane turned into a full-blown obsession—first as a dedicated client, then as an instructor. After years of shaking, sweating, and pushing through those infamous slow-twitch muscle shakes, she knew she had to share the magic of Lagree with others Now, Madelyn brings that same passion, energy, and maybe just a little tough love to every class. She believes in workouts that challenge both the mind and body—because nothing beats that post-class high when you realize you’re stronger than you thought. Madelyn recently received her mat Pilates certification, expanding her knowledge to help clients move better, feel stronger.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Bernadette fell in love with the Megaformer many years ago. It saw her through some of the most challenging moments in her life. In a world full of distractions, the Lagree method forces you to be present, and in turn you develop better body awareness and confidence. Every class is a constant reminder that you are strong, you can do hard things, and you are more capable than you realize. Having spent years working out on a Megaformer, Bernadette wanted to experience the Lagree method mic-side. Instructing at Tempo is a passion project and a true full circle experience.</image:caption>
